Usage:
LIFTEX-R cables are control flexible cables intended for flexible installation in equipments with higher operating temperature of a cable and surrounding. The cables of the type LIFTEX-R also fulfill the conditions of operations with the fire danger where the resistance to spread of flame is demanded. The cables are intended for low-lift elevator.

 

Technical parameters according to ČSN EN 50214 edition 2:

- the rated voltage: 300/500 V

- testing voltage: 2000 V / 50 Hz

- operating temperature - moving placement: - 40°C up to + 90°C

- minimum bending radius - moving placement: 10 x cable diameter

- minimum bending radius - fixed placement: 7,5 cable diameter

 

Basic characteristics:

- high flexibility

- long-term flexibility even in case of coldness

- cores are in parallel in groups of 2-5 cores

- rip cord for each core group

-  colour marking of cores: according to ČSN 330166 edition 2 (HD 308 S2) or black numbered cores and green-yellow conductor or according to customers demand

- sheath colour: orange or according to customers demand

 

LIFTEX-X
- moving placement: - 40°C up to + 90°C

- halogen-free, low corrosion of gasses during burning: IEC 60754-2

- low smoke density during burning: IEC 61034-2

 

LIFTEX-R
- moving placement: - 40°C up to + 70°C

- fire retardant: EN 50266-2-2

- halogen-free, low corrosion of gasses during burning: IEC 60754-2

- low smoke density during burning: IEC 61034-2

 

 

PURFLEX® 

 

Construction:
1. Cu conductor stranded of category 6 according to IEC 60228
2. TPE EI6 insulation according to HD 22.1
3. Cores are positionally stranded in a cable core
4. Cable core is wrapped by special protective tape

5. TMPU sheath according to HD 22.10

 

Usage:

The cables with high flexibility are intended for placement into hauling chains and everywhere that the cables are permanently exposed to repetitive bending of small radiuses. They are suited to the environment with occurrence of chemicals or microbes and to the outdoor wet environment. Due to its characterization they are suited to usage in the field of engineering, robotics or machine tools. Polyurethane sheath prevents from sliding and is resistant to cutting through.
